GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

CHARGES: Charges for analyses are due at time the order is placed. STW will not refund charges after samples have been picked up or delivered.

DELIVERY & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: SWL will analyze samples according to methods in the SWL Quality Manual. SWL shall not be liable if reliance on the analyses results in incorrect conclusions. Samples are retained for 15 days. SWL may sub-contract testing if necessary.

CONFIDENTIALITY: SWL will use its best efforts to treat all information regarding work performed as proprietary and confidential. For further information refer to Stillwater Labs Privacy Statement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Any liability of SWL shall be limited to the cost of analysis.

CHOICE OF LAW: Legal matters arising from work performed by SWL will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws for Flathead County in the State of Montana.
